CELC has seven 5-star Step Up To Quality rated centers in Greater Cincinnati. Founded in 1981 in Harrison, Ohio, CELC was the first full-day National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)-accredited (NAEYC) program in Hamilton County.
We pride ourselves on our quality education to children. CELC had the first full-day 5-star early learning program in Hamilton County, and now all of our seven centers are 5-star Step Up to Quality rated - the most by a multi-site agency in Hamilton County.
We have a long standing relationship with several agencies that allow us to serve more children in a high quality environment:
We have been partnering with Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) for over 20 years. Through our collaboration we offer programs at Oyler School and Riverview East Academy.
In addition, we manage two programs on the behalf of the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati and Future Environments. These programs are located downtown and on the campus of the Environmental Protection Agency in Clifton.
