About Us…
Future Environments Child Development Center was opened in 1991 by a non-profit parent board on the premises of the Environmental Protection Agency. The program was established to provide on-site child care for employees of the EPA and other local federal agencies. CELC, Inc. was contracted by FEI to manage the program in 2010. The center offers a strong educational program for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. The center holds a 5-Star rating from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Step Up to Quality.
Our center serves children of families employed by the EPA, VA, and other local federal agencies along with families from the Clifton and University community. CELC and its centers are part of the United Way and the agency contracts with the Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services and the Ohio Department of Education to provide services to families who qualify for assistance based on their income.
